Elliot Spitzer Must Do 20-Years for Violation of RICO Laws
RICO Laws in case you lingerie not familiar with them are The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. Why is this significant to cosmetics Spitzer’s crimes with the prostitution ring? Simple, because he had participated for 10-years with the Emperor’s Club (the name suggests being above the law) and during his entire term as Attorney General of New York State. During this time he spent $80,000 on high-end hookers, but more importantly, he prosecuted other prostitution rings, yet not the one he used and/or was involved with.
He took out the competition, while allowing the other to slide past the New York State Justice System. The RICO laws require $25,000 fine and 20-years, per offense, and Elliot Spitzer must be charged immediately with this and be put in prison, plus he must be charged with money laundering, prostitution across borders in Texas, Washington DC and any other state individually. There should be absolutely “No Plea Bargains” and if his wife knew about any of this, she should face prison time for obstruction of justice.
Any and all staffers or attorneys working with Elliot Spitzer who knew of this must also do prison time and no one working in any capacity in any of his offices Attorney General or Governor’s Office, should remain. They must all be fired and lose their pensions. All previous cases of Elliot Spitzer must be overturned and all the ill-gotten gains of the State of New York under his control as Attorney General must be returned plus 7.7% per year interest on those monies. Additionally, anyone’s reputation which was tarnished is owed damages and that must be paid by the State of New York, even if they have to raise taxes on the citizens who voted him into office. We demand justice!
